For the first time in Cordoba an aesthetic facial treatment is performed by the use of Endolifting.

Dr. Gustavo Pinta, doctor, specialist in Plastic Surgery, settled in Buenos Aires for the last 20 years, has started to perform a completely new surgical technique called Endolifting for the first time in this country.

Endoscopic Lifting or Endolifting makes the best use of the Endoscopy for facial rejuvenation and for improving the appearance. Dr. Pinta says that in 1994, one of his Professors Dr. Nicanor Isse settled in Burbank-California created this innovative Lifting that enables the doctor to see in a 20 inch monitor what happens in 1 cm inside the face. Therefore, small incisions of 2 cm long, hidden in the scalp, are made to reach the deepest tissues of the face damaged through time. Dr Pinta can advance inch by inch without damaging noble structures, like veins and nerves, since they are clearly seen through the lenses of the high resolution cameras.

Plastic Surgery with no traces

Plastic Surgeon Héctor Pinta presented in Cordoba a new surgical system for rejuvenation surgeries called Endolifting.

The method consists in performing small incisions in the scalp and introducing a small camera that enables to perform a re placement of "elements" that look unwell as time passed, without lifting the skin.

Dr Pinta assured that this system does not disfigure the face because the skin is not stretched but the muscles and the fat of the face are re placed, and then the skin withdraws "as in the case of the abdomen after pregnancy". Moreover, he added that this mechanism avoids the scars that result from other plastic surgeries" -What is the difference between this method and the conventional one? Conventional methods perform incisions in order to treat the elements below the skins. Those incisions start behind one of the ears, move in front of the ear and go through the scalp side to side, and reach the other ear and end in the same way they started. So, the skin is lifted then it is dried out and the elements below this layer are treated. This is done in most cases because there are old treatments that stretch the skin.

Consequently the incisions performed are tensed, thickened, and the scars are unattractive. Furthermore, this stretch deforms the mouth and look. - However in some cases you can not tell that a surgery has been performed… If the surgery is well done, nobody will realize. The idea is to solve what the time has done.

The Gravity law makes muscles or face fat sag. With the Endolifting those elements are placed back where they should be, thus the look will not change. It will give back what time has damaged. To do this we go under the skin without drying it out, cutting or stitching it tightly. In order to introduce a 4 mm wide camera under the skin incision of 2 or 3 cm are made in the scalp. Since they are not tense, once the incision is closed it will not widen, neither leave areas with no hair. It will be unnoticeable. -Are several cuts made? One incision is performed in the middle of the scalp and another one or two more on the sides; they are five incisions in all.

The lenses which is connected to a high resolution video camera is introduced into the incisions through which arteries, and veins are clearly seen, those elements which could be cut and cause serious problems. Those noble elements are dodged and muscles and face fat are placed back. Then, the skin itself withdraws as in the case of the abdomen after pregnancy. In this case, the face of the woman looks relaxed, as If she had come back from vacation or had a good sleep.
